担当者の印象は？

First impression was great- 緒方さん met with us on short notice (same day) and showed us a house that was still under construction. He let us see a nearby completed home so we can get an idea of what it would look like. He was patient and checked with me to see if I had any questions. Any questions he couldn’t answer, he’d follow up with my spouse.

どんなことを相談されましたか？

We asked many questions regarding land value, color scheme of the home, and if we would add some additional construction since the building was not completed yet. He was very reactive and followed up with the home builder. I am very satisfied with his quick replies.

緒方さん　had exclusive rights to sell the property; however, I’ve seen/worked with many realtors and he’s very experienced.
